Welcome to Praesta Points
Welcome to Praesta Points

Praesta has had a great first year. We now work with more clients and organisations than ever before in the UK, and Praesta International is taking off. This edition acknowledges these milestones whilst, hopefully, showing that we continue to move with the times.

A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom

Stop Press

We've just learnt that Partner Peninah Thomson's 'A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom' (published in September 2005 and now in its second US and UK editions) has been shortlisted by the Management Consultancies Association for its Management Book of the Year Award. Congratulations Peninah and fingers crossed!

Press Coverage - July to October 2006

Highlights of our recent press coverage include Alison Maitland's article about the FTSE 100 Cross Company Mentoring Scheme, which Praesta co-ordinates, in the FT's Saturday magazine ('Friends in High Places' - 7 October) and very positive reviews of Peter Shaw's 'Four Vs of Leadership' in People Management and Public Servant Magazine. Personal Impact Coaching

In response to their feedback, our clients now have a facility to work on their personal impact with Celia Clark as part of their confidential executive coaching programme. Celia, who built and continues to run Liberty's personal shopping service, has worked with hundreds of people, including many in the public eye, in their quest to look and feel their best. As personal appearance plays a big part in other people's impression of us and also affects how we feel about ourselves, it makes sense to get it right.

Praesta earns quality award
Praesta is one of only 12 organisations to receive the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's quality awards for the training and continuous professional development it delivers to its executive coaches. Praesta is the only dedicated practitioner company to be recognised in this way.
